In addition, Viking Plastics has implemented BTI's 5 Step Process Systematic Mold Balance Analysis software. This software is used to allow for easier and faster debugging during the initial mold build and sampling process. The 5 Step Process allows for Viking to identify and solve the root causes of mold filling and part quality variations.
