FALCON PLASTICS, INC., VIKING PLASTICS, AND POLY-CAST, INC., FORM PARTNERSHIP TO CO-OWN AND OPERATE CHINA-BASED POLY-CAST PLASTICS (SUZHOU) CO., LTD.
Falcon Plastics, Inc. (U.S.-SD), Viking Plastics (U.S.-PA), and Poly-Cast, Inc. (U.S.-OR), have partnered to co-own and operate Poly-Cast Plastics (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd., an injection molding company based in Jiang Su, China, and originally established in 2006. The facility equipped with state-of-the-art production capabilities and closed-loop process controls, currently supplies the automotive, transportation, and medical markets with tight tolerance, custom-molded components. The new partnership enables each party to better serve existing multinational customers and expand reach to Asian markets.
(October 26, 2011) – Falcon Plastics, Inc. (www.falconplastics.com) a multi-facility custom injection molder has entered into a partnership with Pennsylvania based injection molder, Viking Plastics (www.vikingplastics.com) a VPI Acquisition Corporation company and Oregon based injection molder, Poly-Cast, Inc. (www.poly-cast.com). All three companies, founded in the 1970’s, have long established histories serving many diverse industries.

Poly-Cast (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., maintains ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications. The plant is currently in operation and running production volumes and is planned to hold 15 injection molding machines with capacities ranging from 55 to 550 tons. Currently, the company is producing high tolerance, mechanical/under-the-hood applications (in medium to high volumes) for the automotive, transportation and medical sectors.
