Michelle joined Viking Plastics in 2002 as the Administrative Assistant and has held various positions throughout the company, with experience in materials, shipping and logistics. As the Customer Service Manager, Michelle’s main focus is to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and overseeing the daily customer service activities. She works to improve the customer service experience, and create engaged customers. She is also responsible for the daily processing of EDI orders into the MRP system and complaint resolution process to ensure customer satisfaction. Michelle strives to build trust and strong long term relationships with Viking Plastics customers.

Autumn joined Viking Plastics in January 2016 as our Customer Service Assistant. She has a degree in Marketing from Clarion University, and has experience in both customer service and shipping in the automotive industry. Autumn is responsible for processing customer inquiries regarding production availability and description. She deals with customers on a daily basis and is usually one of the first points of contact customers have with Viking. Autumn is most passionate about working with and developing relationships with current and new customers.

Bev has worked in Customer Services at Viking Plastics Kentucky for 20+ years. She performs various tasks in customer service, including scheduling, receptionist duties, and sales. She is very passionate about scheduling and customer service, and loves the team she works with.
