Tim Joined Viking in 2008 with over 20 years of engineering experience from process engineering to engineering management.
Tim was previously employed as engineering manager for Moll Plastics - supplier of plastics refrigeration parts to the consumer industry. He was also employed by Andover Industries as engineering manager. Andover was a tier 1 supplier to GM and Chrysler - supplying decorative trim products such as body side moldings and rocker panels that were painted and assembled. He also has experience in the automation field - building automation equipment when he worked as production engineer for Greenville Technologies. |

Randy joined Viking 4 years ago, bringing with him over 11 years of experience working in quality and engineering at companies specializing in automotive parts, electronics housings, and tight tolerance connectors. His experience includeds injection and thermal set molding. Randy attended Penn State for GD&T, Materials and Processing training. Other training includes: Geometric Design & Technology, including CAM Tech Quality Control, Inspection Engineering using Zeiss for precision measurement, lean manufacturing, blue print reading and root cause analysis. |

Greg joined Viking in 1999 and is now Plant Manager. While at Viking he has gained experience as the Scheduling and Shipping Manager, Materials Manager, Production Manager and Director of Operations. Previous plastic industry experience was gained through 12 years of employment at Erie Plastics, a high volume custom injection molder for the consumer products industry, as Master Scheduler, Engineering Process Lab Supervisor, Engineering Project Manager, and Product Development Engineer.
Greg has an AS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a BS degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Penn State University. Greg's high-volume production environment experience helps Viking drive costs out of the business utilizing automation and lean manufacturing techniques.

Terri brings 22 years of experience in the supply chain management areas. Her core areas of focus have been in inventory control, supplier development, scheduling, distribution and new product releases. She held the title of Director of Purchasing in her previous employment where she was the manager of global supplier development, supplier quality engineering, buying, planning and inventory control areas.
In addition, Terri was responsible for running a core business unit within the organization, which managed all the aspects of a specific product market. Her areas of responsibility as part of the Viking team will be supplier management, distribution and inventory control.

He joined Viking in 2000 with extensive experience in the plastics industry. A graduate of Ferris State University with dual degrees in Plastics Engineering and Sales and Marketing, Kelly held various positions with DuPont in sales, marketing, research and development, and management. While at DuPont, Kelly also earned his MBA from Temple University. After DuPont, Kelly joined the Huron Plastics Group, a major supplier of injection-molded plastic components to the automotive industry. Kelly served in sales and general management positions at Huron. Following Huron's acquisition by LDM Technologies, Kelly became Vice President and General Manager of the Fremont Plastic Products Division of The Plastics Group, a leading blow-molding company. |
