At Viking Plastics we stress the need to follow the recipe in order to achieve successful parts. Our experienced team is comprised of individuals from diverse molding and manufacturing backgrounds. A representative from every department is pulled into every new launch. This includes: Tool Room Supervisor, Tool Maker, APQP Engineer, CMM Programmer, Customer Service Manager, Program Manager, Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, Quality Manager, Operations Manager, Cost Accountant ,Sales Representative, Warehouse Supervisor, Floor or Manual Operator, Process Tech, Material Handler, Shift Supervisor.
Viking Plastics uses technology to shrink the world. Outside of our Pennsylvania and Kentucky locations, we have presence in China and South America. These ties allow Viking Plastics to follow tool builds from design through first shots. This process reduces cost and time for acceptable parts to our customers.
Viking Plastics has developed an internal APQP/Program Management system that is flexible enough to accommodate customer specific requirements as well as our own TS-16949 procedures.
