Coolant ducts are a multi-piece assembly consisting of an injection molded top and bottom with the bottom incorporating stainless steel compression limiters that are insert molded. These molded components process through a vibration welder, receive push in place seals, and undergo leak testing.

Seat side bases with integrated mesh cup holders are produced with molded components, purchased components, hand assembly and in-line automated heat staking.  This assembly is a color matched, Class A product with a compact design to provide a clear egress route and add value to the MRSP.

The new Haitian 675-Ton press that was recently delivered to our Corry, PA facility expands our molding capabilities at that facility.  Our Scottsburg, IN plant received 6 presses in 2020 ranging from 90 tons to 700 tons.

8 Seat Assemblies! 
 
Moving through out automotive interiors, you will find there are many vanity and safety features that Viking supplies, from the head rest to the floor. This floor garnish will keep a clean line to the stow area, with seat bolts covered and a flexible area for the seat hinges to function while keeping crumbs out! Marrying two materials with color harmony and heat staking, this complete sub assembly with clips and retainers is out of the box and ready to install.
