Most recently, Rob held positions as general manager with The Plastek Group and vice president of operations with Erie Plastics. He first gained manufacturing experience while working as a management consultant at Decision Associates, with a primary focus on employee development, training and corporate strategic planning.

Brad has been with our Kentucky facility for 20+ years, and has been the Plant Manager since 2013. Brad has experience in tool making and various departments, including processing, maintenance, and process engineering. He would describe his current role at Viking Plastics as organizing and overseeing the production floor. Brad is most passionate about developing a team environment and a lean culture to provide customers quality and on time delivery.

Paul joined the Viking team in May 2016 as the Purchasing Agent.  Previously, Paul worked as a procurement specialist in the oil and gas industry, and also has 5 years of experience in manufacturing. Paul would describe his current role as achieving on-time delivery of materials and services to satisfy the operating requirements of the business. He is responsible for keeping inventory lean, targeting cost savings opportunities, and developing mutually beneficial relationships with current and future suppliers. Paul graduated from Kutztown University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Randy has been in Purchasing at Viking Plastics Kentucky since 2013.  He has 30+ years of experience in plastics, with duties ranging from shipping, receiving, scheduling, and purchasing. In Randy’s current role in purchasing, he takes care of pricing and purchasing all raw materials for plant productions. Randy is most passionate about negotiating with venders for the lowest possible costs for materials, just in time delivery, and keeping low inventories.

Drew SkibaScheduler

Drew has been at Viking Plastics for over ten years. Prior to Viking, he worked 15 years in the steel industry. He has held positions in supervising and supply chain management, while his current role as Scheduler includes balancing production and deliveries on the shop floor. He enjoys making sure customers get their orders on time.


Jim SmallTool Room

Jim has been at Viking Plastics for over 33 years. In his role as Tool Room Specialist, Jim is responsible for accessing tooling issues and set up repairs in house and with tool shops. He is most passionate about meeting production demands and maintaining cavitation efficiency. Jim was a machinist in the air force for four years.

Steve joined the Viking Plastics team as an Automation Engineer in 2010. Prior to joining the Viking Plastics team he held the positions of Electrical Controls Engineer with MPE Machine Tool and Senior Automation Technician with Erie Plastics. Steve started his career in the industrial automation field by earning an Associate of Applied Science degree from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
