JOB DISCRIPTION:  This position will be responsible for creating 3D drawings and designing End of Arm tooling for parts handling robots as well as fixturing and components for other automated processes. The individual in this position will also work as part of an automation team that supports all aspects of manufacturing. Individuals must be willing and able to take project from design to implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage and organize CAD files
  • Create 3D Drawings from 2D sketches in CAD software
  • Revise established drawings as needed to reflect design changes
  • Attend development meetings as requested
  • Design End of Arm tooling
  • Spec out purchased components
  • Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (drawings, BOM, design parameters) for future reference

Maintenance Technician

Process Technician

JOB TITLE: Process Technician

SUMMARY:  This position has responsibilities to perform mold setting, troubleshooting, and processing.

Quality Inspector

We are looking for a responsible Quality Inspector to check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as production procedures. Responsibilities

· Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies

· Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance

· Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures

· Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.

· Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that does not meet requirements

· Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager

Requirements

· Proven experience as quality inspector, quality technician, or a role directly responsible for quality decisions.

· Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems (calipers, mics, pins, cmm, force testing stands, etc.)

· Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies

· Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, IATF 16949)

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

Summary: Scheduling is responsible for meeting the customers’ requirements for delivery by utilizing our MRP system (IQMS) and working closely with our manufacturing and customer service team. Further goals are set to optimize inventory accuracy, turnover, and cost-effective manufacturing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Schedule manufacturing using progressive tools in IQMS and lean manufacturing techniques
  • Assess machine capacity and report availability to meet needs of our customers, support business planning, and feasibility for new business
  • Create and Maintain BOMS (Bill of Materials)
  • Work closely with Production Manager to optimize staffing levels
  • Enter work orders into IQMS
  • Oversee and manage outside processing of third party assembly
  • Meet and report FG inventory turnover goals
  • Meet and report on time delivery goals
  • Assure on-time delivery and coordination with customer service to assure customers are informed in a timely manner of any delivery issues
  • Prepare monthly reports documenting achievement towards meeting cost savings and strategic goals

Setup Technician

SUMMARY:  This position will be responsible for a variety of duties to pull and set molds, prepare auxiliary equipment, and set process parameters in preparation for job startup

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain work areas in professional manner
  • Prepare the press and mold for the next job
  • Clean and prepare all auxiliary equipment
  • Stage all materials and equipment prior to the setup of the next job
  • Maintain the setup priorities on the dispatch list
  • Minimize press downtime due to setup

  • Complete Line Clearance procedure
