Debbie joined the Viking Plastics team in 2011 and currently serves as Quality Manager, bringing over 30 years of manufacturing experience in injection molding. She began her career at Viking as a machine operator and advanced through roles including shift supervisor and production manager. Debbie is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Internal Auditor and focuses on quality assurance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. She is passionate about supporting Viking’s success and embracing its 2 Second Lean culture.
