Jason joined the Viking Plastics team in 2022 as Production Manager, bringing over 27 years of leadership experience, including 17 years in manufacturing. He brings extensive experience across all aspects of production and focuses on clear performance expectations, continuous improvement, and developing strong teams. Jason holds an associate degree in wildlife management technologies from Penn State, along with additional coursework in business management, environmental science, safety, and Six Sigma.
