Viking Plastics utilizes both ultrasonic and vibration welding to join components as part of the assembly process. Vibration welding accommodates a wide range of assembly sizes, from small automotive components to large instrument panels, while ultrasonic welding is ideal for smaller welds and attaching multiple components, such as ports and brackets, to larger parts.
