Testimonials

Working at Viking Plastics has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Since joining the team in 2015, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. From the start, Viking has supported my career development—encouraging creativity, providing leadership opportunities, and valuing fresh ideas. I’ve had the chance to spearhead exciting projects like launching a new website, expanding our video library, and growing our social media presence, all while collaborating with an amazing team. The culture here is truly one-of-a-kind. There’s a strong sense of community, innovation, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement. It’s fulfilling to be part of a company that not only value its employees but also challenges us to grow and make an impact.

Shana Bailey

Marketing Manager

I’m grateful to have been part of this company since March 2022. Over the past few years, I’ve grown in my role as a Customer Service Representative while building relationships with our customers and learning more about our products and processes. I enjoy being someone our customers can rely on—whether they have a question, need help with an order, and to ensure we’re doing everything we can to meet their needs.

What I value most about working here is the people and the culture. There is a genuine focus on helping employees learn, grow, and feel empowered to make a difference. We’re encouraged to look for ways to improve, share our ideas, and support one another. I’ve personally appreciated the opportunities I’ve been given to learn and take on new responsibilities.

I’m proud of the work I do and thankful to work for a company that recognizes that its employees are an important part of its success. Being part of a team that cares about its customers, its people, and always finding ways to do things better is something I truly appreciate.

Lisa Jordan

Customer Service Representative

Our culture is hands down the best, and it’s something I’m genuinely proud to be a part of. We may challenge each other, but when it comes down to it, we stand together and get the job done.

What makes this place special is the people. We support one another, we step up when someone needs help, and we never lose sight of what we’re working toward. There’s a sense of pride here that you can feel every day. No matter how tough the challenge, we find a way forward and get it done together. That’s more than just a workplace-that’s a team. And I’m proud to be part of it.

Debbie Hamilton

Quality Manager

When I joined Viking Plastic in 2014, I originally came on board for what was intended to be a three-month temporary position. My role was to help the company prepare for IATF certification by updating and organizing the necessary documentation.  After achieving IATF Certification,  Viking saw the potential that I had and turned into an opportunity for me to stay and grow with the company.  As my knowledge, experience and growth continued, so did my responsibilities and that has led me to the Quality Engineer role.  Looking back what started as a 3-month temporary position has developed into a rewarding career spanning more than a decade.  I’m grateful for the opportunities Viking Plastics has given me to learn, grow, and continually challenge myself. The experience, knowledge, and support I’ve gained along the way have played a significant role in helping me develop both professionally and personally. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited to continue growing with Viking Plastics.

Julie Kurelowech

Quality Engineer

I have been in the injection mold industry since 2004, in that time I have worked at many different facilities. All of the places I’ve worked talk about lean manufacturing; Viking doesn’t talk about it they ARE about it. Most of those places ask how can we do the same thing with less people, Viking asks how can we do the same thing with the same people more efficiently, how can we encourage people to think beyond their day-to-day job and grow.

While other companies tell you how you are going to do things Viking asks how can we do these things better. Every opinion at Viking matters and that is not the norm in manufacturing. The culture at Viking truly sets this company apart from other places I’ve worked. Viking invests in people, you are not just an employee number.
